Terms and Conditions: We will recommend our maintenance intervals based on your equipment condition and contract length. Parts and the refrigerant gas cost are not covered under the maintenance contract. Maintenance covers items in the lists above, any other items/points will be recommended by our team upon checkup. The client will be informed before any parts/refrigerant gas replacement for approval of expenses. Our maintenance service is to lower unexpected downtime, increase your equipment life, lower your energy bill by keeping your system optimized. We do not guarantee that the system will suffer failure between our maintenance visits due to different factors. Failures are not part of the maintenance contract and will be billed as a repair/service call. We provide a report after every maintenance visit.
